4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Refund & Return Eligibility

• Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, refunds or returns are not permitted unless the item is defective or expired at the time of delivery.
• Non-Perishable Items: Customers may request a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
• Service-Based Purchases: If our platform offers services in the future, these purchases will be non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that customers may need to cancel their orders. However, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders can be canceled before processing; however, a non-refundable penalty of AED 30 will be applied to cover processing costs.
• If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

• Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 24 hours or less, depending on the time of ordering, within, UAE.

• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
